Shred Event at the Windsor Recycling Center (4160 CTH V, DeForest)

Shred Event Rules: 

• Accepted materials: Paper products only (file folders, checks, junk mail, old tax forms, etc.). 
• Note: Staples, paper clips and rubber bands do not need to be removed. 
• Amount allowed: Residents can bring the equivalent of up to 3 boxes of paper or 3 bags of paper = 50 pounds. Plastic bags cannot be shredded. It is preferred that customers bring their material in paper bags. Please note that the items will still need to be dumped out of the paper bag or box. 
• Materials not accepted:
• No three ring binders, no hanging file folders, no binder clips, no plastic sheet protectors
• No media such as CD's, floppy discs, tapes or credit cards
