Community Development

The mission of the Community Development Department is to promote smart, inclusive and diverse economic development in the Village of Windsor. 

 

The Community Development Director is responsible for the overall operation and management of building inspection, planning, zoning, code enforcement, and community development matters in the Village through the administration of the Village’s Code of Ordinances, Comprehensive Plan:2035, Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan and Official Map.
